Zoice provides access to multiple AI-powered tools, including but not limited to:

  • AI Avatar Videos
  • AI Chat and conversational assistants
  • AI Transcription and voice recognition
  • AI Image & Video Generation
  • AI Voice & Audio Tools

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice.

3. Content and Data Usage

3.1 Your Content

By using Zoice, you may upload or input content (e.g., text, audio, images, video).
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and use it for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

3.2 AI-Generated Content

Output generated by Zoice's tools is provided “as is” and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
You are responsible for verifying and using generated content appropriately.
We do not guarantee the reliability, legality, or originality of AI-generated results.

3.3 Data Privacy

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Platform and its underlying technology are owned by Zoice or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

If Zoice offers paid plans or subscriptions:

  • Fees are displayed clearly before purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the policy stated at the time of purchase.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs.
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoice disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoice and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform,
  • Loss of data or content, or
  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform.

8. Third-Party Services

Zoice may integrate with or rely on third-party APIs or services (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, etc.).
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data handling of third-party providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be effective upon posting on this page.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
