The internet has a new best thing: keyboard cat! Play him off keyboard cat, play him off.

This is so wrong and yet so right. And by right I mean funny.

In 1992 I got on the internet for the first time. Using my 286 running DOS I connected via a 2600 baud modem into a brave new world only the techie nerds knew about. I marveled at my new found ability to communicate with people around the world, an exciting time indeed. It’s been over 15 years since that day and have things ever changed.

But have they gone too far?

After several weeks of being poked fun at on Saturday Night Live the real Sarah Palin made a brief appearance this past weekend, with pretty humorous results. I’m starting to wonder though if the American public looks at this election as nothing but a media popularity contest. These constant appearances on mainstream TV are getting ridiculous. Scary stuff indeed, but enjoy the cheap laugh in the meantime.

Let’s continue on the Sarah Palin topic. Here is the first minute of the new Hustler Porn flick “Who’s Nailin Palin?” It’s a true classic in the making.

The following Max Justus music video is a simple display of little stickman robots dancing. It’s nothing more and that’s quite alright.

God bless the Internets. It’s an absolute haven for things believed lost. As far as memory lane goes, ska music in its late 70’s / early 80’s heyday made me feel warm inside. One of the absolute stalwart bands of that era was The Specials. No way were they ever going to make it into the mainstream on this side of the pond, especially on any video channel. But they did make sweet music, and much to my surprise, videos as well. So enjoy this black-and-white goodness from a time ago.

Hats off to Tina Fey who did a great job impersonating Sarah Palin this weekend on SNL.
